Boat sits for sale for years, needs a little work. 100 people say oh if I only had the $$ or it's just not the right time.
boat continues to sit, gets parted out, "oh what a shame, you should sell it whole, blah blah"
few more years and here it is and it's a "shame" well it is what it is and at least it's being useful.
