After some more inspection I am not moving forward with this boat, When I bought it I knew there was a couple stringer issues to address, further inspection shows more stringer and bulkhead issues and I am not going to do that much work as it's all under the cabin liner, so I am going to part it out and look for another....kinda bummed but it is what it is....

yes, prices were right to take them, I am ok with all this.. makes me realize how nice my Mistress really is lol
