With the roller, you have more range of motion to take advantage of the mechanical advantage with the ram/arm/whatever linkage.
Is the cylinder fully extending? What does it look like tied to the stringer? Mine is stock,we could measure mine fully extended, and fully retracted.
with hatch not connected the arm still stops where it does, the roller and slider is a better thing to have, but not the issue, the issue so far is the cylinder bas is aboput 5-6" from stringer, others are 4-5" higher that I have seen... so more then anything I gotta raise the cylinder...
