Tiger Deck Hatches

the pins are held in with silicone, you may need to reset them then re silicone them. if your D gasket is on the hatch itself, you need to remove it and put it on the lip, not the hatch Lipship sells the D gasket.

My pins on the deck side uses springs to push the pin into the holes in the hatch. With no seals on the pins it allowed water to penetrate the holes on the deck side and let the springs push into the softened wood. I reset the pins with 4200 but don't like the fit.

I'll add, if you do end up buying D Gasket, do not buy it from Lip Ship. Its cheap **** with very little adhesive holding ability.... I literally threw mine out and searched until I found this nice stuff w 3M adhesive. Just fyi...
