Love to see some pictures of what you came up with for hatch alignment.

I’ll get some this week. I want the hatch atleast 1/2 clearance all the way around I don’t want it to rub anywhere. Once it’s home in my shop I plan on posting a ton of pics !!!!

Ok have some prop questions. So my boat ran very well on 5 blade 28s regular b1 props. Know that was before all the cabin delete and adding about 150hp per engine. So was thinking about starting trials with 30p 5 blades. Does hering make a prop that works on a Konrad. I believe the konrads uses bravo one style prop. I read somewhere hering made some props for bravo drive and straight bottoms run well with them any thoughts or input appreciated

I remember the first Sunsation F-4, which was a 600/Bravo boat, started out on Herring 5-blades. Eventually ended up on Maximus 5-blades when delivered. It was fastest with the Herrings but I think it struggled to plane out with them.

Hering does make props for Bravo drives and I tried a set on my AT last year and they were very hard to get on plane with. I would go with Maximus or Max5 which is a Maximus with a short hub. I know our 2 boats are night and day apart but this is my experience so far. I wouldn't use the short hub if you need transom lift though. I have 2 sets of Maximus that FJ Propeller (Mike Eggleston) did some work on for me. Mine are 15" diameter now with short hub and they are perfect now for plaining, cruising and top end.

Thanks !!! Keep the thoughts coming not looking for the absolute fasted last .1 mph. It looking for good plaining and cruise. The 5 blade prop definitely had better cruise over the 4 blade same top speed. I know the straight bottoms are kinda a different

I would use your 28" 5 blades that you have to get a baseline and then go from there.
That being said, it would not hurt to look for a few sets of different test props that that might work.
Pretty sure a lot of the new Merc props are still very hard to find in stock anywhere.
Every time I read anything about Herrings, its pretty much the same thing. Faster on the top end, but much harder to get on plane.

That’s kinda what I’m reading to! I might look for a set of 380 tabs instead of the 280 I have as well.
