Insuring an old boat has become increasingly more difficult. I don’t think Foremost accepts old boats anymore because of claimed losses in the category 2-3 years ago.

I will I’ll be shopping for a new policy this summer as foremost has become unaffordable. Will let you know what I find.

Wake zone wouldn’t cover me due to size/age limits and power.

I got a quote the other day on a 2000 cig and the quote from foremost was not competitive. Hundreds and hundreds more than Wagner. I've always had my business with Stacey but paying a 33% premium might be too much for me to bear....

geico only wanted to cover my gun to 49k. And they wanted a letter from cigarette stating the boat could structural handle 650hp a side.

The 49k agreed upon value was the deal breaker for me
