damn 😳 wish I'd bought it now 😄
If it'd had 600SCI or 700SCI engines, I'd of brought it home but the big Sterlings that'd been sitting a long time scared me off. Wife wasn't enthused about the lack of sunpad but she'd gotten over it lol

Might be worth a call to see if it's still sitting in the warehouse.
i don’t think that boat was ever $125k. I think it was $140k. I know it sold beginning of 2018 for $150k though. So did HFT at the same time and HFT sold for way more recently last month.

The purple boat was here in Michigan for a few years. Probably 2014-17 ish. Owner had lots of fast boats but couldn't run this one wide open, said it was a handful over a 100mph. Same guy had the yellow 41 saber wicked one, and the boat hauled the Mail on Lake Michigan

Dan Adams. He sold that boat right before or right after I sold Hot For Teacher, which was March 2018.

Yep, may be cranky if not tuned right.
Sure, and even though Mercury isn't producing anything like that still, that stuff is still coming out of quite a few engine builders on them aftermarket side till this day.

I had 871 blowers and carbs on 502 2 throttle pumps and it would fire write up. Let them warm up for a few min while outing tops away in your in your way. I like to let oil temps warm up anyway. And I have also had efi. They work great until the they have a problem as well. Everything has a place just saying a properly tuned and set up blower engine with carbs will run and be just as reliable if not more reliable then some efi stuff.
