I`m already glad I went external oil pump , the shop that did my short blocks (came highly recommended) ended up replacing the intake manifold and they must have dropped a bunch of gasket material in the block.
I was able to open the prefilter and catch everything . If I still had internal pickup I`d be pulling the engines and trying to figure out why the oil pressure was not so good.
I`d probably lose it since I`m leaving for LOTO this week

Very Nice Dan! Great attention to detail. I'm sure 100MPH is a tune away, What a great inspiration for us fellow boaters. Thanks for the thread!

Did you install MDC Drive Guardians?

I`ve had them since they came out but one of them wasn`t working right, I had Mike go thru them and they should be good to go now .

I`ve done the Harbor hop and it was a lot of docking all day long , fenders in , fenders out, lines , etc etc .. my crew hated it by the end of the day lol
