ISO 39 or 42 w/700's
 

Looking for a 39 or 42 with 700/NXT, or 700/#6's.

I know this gets posted a lot, and there aren't many out there, but I figured I would try.

PBC had a 42x with 700s and NXT. 2005 I believe. Super clean boat.
I don't see it listed on their website but you might want to give them a call.

Is that the black/gray one that recently sold out of Michigan?

WTF I was looking for a 42X or 46 and nothing was avilable so I went and got myself a 46 Outerlimits with 1075's :rolleyes:

No, honestly not a big fan of the colors on that boat and the yellow interior isnt my cup of tea. The one I got is blue/black/white.

The 42 has a great graphic, but have not heard a whole lot on the 860's one way or the other. Slightly under powered?

The 39 has the 1100's which I would've bought, but the colors and scheme wasn't my thing so I never pursued it. But I guarantee in person they are probably much better than the kodak camera pictures they've been posting on the internet. Check out Lipships face book page. Even a video of this rocket running which would help overlook some things.

I looked the one at Lip-Ship over when we were returning from KW last month, it definitely looks better in person and its low hour for a 2016.

the 42 with 860s is at 105 mph, not as fast as an 1100 boat but that's pretty nice for N/A and reliability... I'd consider selling my Tiger for the right price, im looking to go bigger...

Always liked PB. Even with the pink highlights. That package in a 39 was bad azz. sprsptr buddy owned it for a while on the east coast and sold it. Then it disappeared.

PB came from Europe. I think the silver and pink gave it that European edge. I could see some 30 year old tan playboy with long hair driving it in San Tropez with about 10 smokeshows in thongs on the boat.

Best of luck man, I’ve been helping a buddy for a year and half to find a 700 NXT boat with colors he likes (Red and Silver) and still haven’t found one yet!

Yes they did. It was a 2011. Nice boat, but I was still trying to get rid of mine and didnt want 2! Mine is now gone, so I am free to buy!

that boat was way over priced like everything else out of there. Honestly a 42x with 700’s is under powered. You can flash the computers and still be under triple digits, mid range isn’t there and it takes forever to wind it out. It’s probably a better hull than a 39 but needs more hp to make it come alive

42x will do over 100 with a Whipple stage 1 and the right wheels.

they are solely responsible for the out of control market on cigs. I mean, more power to em. Market is up a 1/4 from what it was 5 years ago. Crazy. But smart. New boats sell for more, used boats sell for more and the product is strong. I just kinda laugh when the same boats that were 125 5 years ago are asking nearly 200k now. Lol. Comical.

Cigs are the hot thing at the lake now. All of the old Baja crew seems to be all in on cigs now.

Seriously, could list it for 150 with stock drivetrain and keep your fancy engines and drives for the next boat. But what would it be?

115mph 42 Lightning’s with 700s for $150 seem like relatively a steal

Seems like moving from a Baja to a Cig has always been the trend. Endless people it seems have done so, me included.
