Okay thank you for this valuable information! i will look into it. former owner said Monaco Marine identifies the hull number as a kevlar.
Not sure about this. Also the former owner said "some parts of the boat" are kevlar. On the outside of the cockpit the boat
has "Top Gun 38 70+ Mph" logos. Don't know if this defiantly means my boat is a special edition.
Can the hull number be decoded?

The boat was delivered from factory in thunderbolt alley to the south of France back in the day.
Very clear history.

There is nothing in the HIN that denotes Kevlar that I'm aware of.........I think the 70 mph is someone's personal touch, however there were 5 90 mph TG's built in the early 90's, these boats are full stagger and rare.

I know the cafe’s has a carbon 70 edition. Never heard of a top gun 70 mph edition.

Yes but may be in the build sheet that is connected to the hull ID. the boat is not a 90+.
perhaps you are correct and a previous owner put the "70 MPH+" logos on to give it a personal touch but i doubt it.
Boat was a "tender to" a much bigger boat back in the day in St. Tropez.
Will post pictures soon. Hope pictures will help find out more.

CRTUST60C696

From what i know this translates like this: CRT=Cigarette racing team / US=made in the US for US market / T60=hull number / C6=build on march 6 / 96=1996

Question remains, can number T60 be identified as a special edition or kevlar? (at least reinforced?)

Some of the "kevlar boats" of the 90's were reinforced at the stringers and bulkheads with Kevlar. Thus the info you're receiving about "some parts being kevlar". Like stated above, there were roughly 3-5 "Carbon 70" series Cafe Racers built that had carbon fiber reinforced areas and would run 70 mph thus the name. But a 70 MPH Edition? Never heard of that. Sounds like someone did a little personal graphics.
