Default 2020 top gun updates ..

Last summer one of the engines that I got with top gun wiped out a bearing, bought a buddy’s boat and dropped in 572’s finished season no issues... 12 years on build lower hours I decided to take them apart to shortblocks, do heads and all new gaskets and paint with done small touch ups

cleaned up heads and flowed them, new valve job and springs, added super suckers and matched to intakes, new timing chains, that’s about it besides all new gaskets, powedercoated oil pans and valve covers, also intakes. Didn’t touch shortblocks as things look fine there

going to update tabs to newer style so I had them also powedercoated, fix water holding tank, few other small things and clean boat..

hoping for a coupe seasons of fun with no issues

Nice job! Man, I wish I could accomplish only half of it this year.
Dumb question: What are you holding in the last photo?
