To be factual, 700 w/ M6's are full stagger. 850 & 1075 is short stagger.

Point is I'm not interested in a SSM 6. The only way you can run a 6 with a full stagger, is with an NXT transmission. That is the only way, or spend a stupid amount of money on custom parts. The NXT trans is not good much past 700 hp, so I don't know why this keeps being brought up? LOL SCX or SCX-4. At this point, I'm pretty sure I'm going to do SCXs.

Bravo! It's settled then, let's go boating. I hear winter is over....

On benefit to going with the SCX, if you find that later on the -4's are the required solution, you are not going to take a beating on selling the SCX as they are the go-to upgrade that everyone is after..

How many Merc drives has your Cig gone through or was that not disclosed when you bought it? SCX will be remarkably better suited to the bigger boat/HP with minimal dial in for the new set-up. My $0.02.

Not sure how many drives it's gone through. I finally go it out yesterday. The 600 were modified, but done in Italy, and nobody knows what was done for the increase in power. I was getting 10 lbs of boost, and I think a stock 700 is 7-8 psi isn't it?

The boat came with 32 bravos, but I was told they hit the limiter, so I bought 34s, and that is what I ran yesterday. Even with the 34s Bravos I'm on the limiters a little past half throttle. I was able to hit 94 mph. I'm running out of bigger sizes to go to, maybe a 36 would be enough? As it is, I'm at 18% slip.

I talked to Offshore Cowboy, and he swore by the custom 6 blades he had Throttle Up build for him. I may have to try a 32 six blade Herrings. His boat had 600's and Bravo, he said he never had an issue with his drives, but he was also running stock 600s. Matt told him the 6 blades were better on the drives than a 4 or 5 blade. It doesn't make sense to me that a 6 blade would be easier on the drive, but I'm also not a prop engineer.

Either way, I agree with the SCX. If at some point I find out the -4s are the better set up, it's an easy switch. The boat feels really good as it is, I just need a better upper.

Did you run her on Portage yesterday?

I did, and then ran up to Arcadia and back. It needs different props, but I really like the boat. It was fun to finally get it out on the water!

OP, I never did say to do a M6. I was just correcting the fact that 700 w/ M6 is a full stagger. I'd agree Imco would be the way to go. Carry on ----->

Is this the one that says 600sci on the sides that was recently listed?

Mine was listed for a while, maybe last fall? Not sure exactly when it was listed. As to the 600 on the side, are you referring to on the sides of the superchargers? If so, yes they are 600 SCIs that from the outside appear stock.
