Default 525 EFI issue with my Gladiator

Looking for some help. I have a random occurring engine issue in my 525 EFI stock staggered Gladiator. I keep getting random beeps accompanied by an engine bump, like ignition cut.. it's just a quick beep and bump. it's very short and the lights don't come on and it does not leave a fault when downloaded. I have replaced both throttle position sensors. it will do it 10 times and then I go and give the marina mechanic a ride and its perfect. I drop him off and it does it again. I go out 10 mins later and it doesn't do it. it makes your heart stumble it does it so fast. it doesn't seem to do it under 3000 RPM if that makes a difference. it started off with a single rare hit and now is much worse. Anyone have any ideas or anyone I can call? thanks

Sounds electrical to me. We had a very similar issue. Like said, check grounds, voltage, bad plug wire that could be arching.
