I don’t have any details at the moment and don’t want to intrude in their business but it has had some work done it at the shop where it’s stored and I can get thorough report on it as soon as it’s cleared for sale.

Maybe so? This is a pic from the internet and same pix from when it was listed...unless it was brought back over and cleaned up? If you look just to the right of the helm it says "Tiger" and looks to be same paint and graphics.. Still couldn't imagine 2 with the same graphics and saying "tiger" on them?

maybe not a project but if you look closely at the last photo of the engine we see that the boat is in the water, look at the bottom of the boat there must be 1 foot of water accumulated

I'm going to defer to Tank on this for sure, but while this boat has a "Tiger" paint scheme; I am unaware of anything but 'late model' 42' Cigarettes to leave the CRT factory badged as Tiger. I mention late model because there were some earlier 42 Cigarette flat decks.
