Default 38ts Anchor Storage

Thinking of upgrading from a 33 fountain lightning to a 38 top gun ts 2006 or newer, just wondering where you store the anchor

https://www.slideanchor.com/box-anchor-

Box Anchor, folded up under back seat, or even in a cabin storage compartment.

Under rear bench seat..ours has a convenient holder with bolts to keep it secure. Putting it in the nose of the boat is asking for fiberglass damage.

that is usually standard on cigs. I’ve had the same bracket in all the cigs I’ve had.

You could add a chain to the Box Anchor if you desired. But I've used mine in salt water areas from VA to FL; and never an issue.
You just need to make sure you have the right sized anchor for your boat. When in doubt, go a size up.

That box anchor never worked well for me neither plus they are so heavy and a pain to open and close when sand gets in the hinges .

F11 best anchor I`ve used .

My front anchor locker is very handy.
