Echo the comments by others that you had better get reservations ASAP. Demand for property in general was insane last year with the lock downs in other states creating interest in the purchase market. At present there are only 29 condo's listed for sale on the entire lake !!!!, I don't know how that would translate into the rentals but I would suspect in favorable portions of the lake near PBC, rentals may be limited.

We booked all of our 2021 rentals for the season as soon as our go to places had their calendars open a couple months back. No reason to think it won’t be another record year at the lake. We stopped looking at houses too as the market is just absurdly overpriced now for anything on the water. Still hoping it simmers down here in a couple more years when I hit the retirement button at work. So instead of a house I texted Rusty and said find me a CC to trade this Tri-toon in on. That too won’t be a cheap or easy endeavor.

Our friends have a condo they rent through VRBO at Indian Point, 17 1/2 mm, (Across from Marine Max) Inc slip (it is short for full coverage but you just back it in and the nose sticks out.)
