Yep, everything is for sale... I figured that this was a new boat with big power hence the 1 mil cost guess. I'd love to drive a boat that big. I suppose that if 500s can maybe get it up to 70 then that's not too bad.

[QUOTE=seafordguy;4796474]If you're ever in SE Virginia, we can go for a spin on mine and you can drive!
That's almost worth taking a road trip for! I appreciate the offer but don't see Virginia in my near future. The biggest performance boat I've ridden in is an original Fountain Executioner (38'?). |

Close But No Cigar
Thanks for the great pictures of the boat. We own that 2004 42 Tiger and have for the past 8 years. The boat is original paint and interior. It is a twin step boat. It was painted by TAOD in 2004 and hasn’t been touched since, besides polish and wax. The interior and dash are all original. It was a 575/XR boat from new and the previous owner added SCX’s and made the 575’s 790 hp. It currently has Tyler Crockett built 540’s with 4L Whipples to the tune of 950 hp. It’ll run 104-105 most every day. The boat has always lived in Port Huron.

Looks like a nice restored Tiger. New paint, dash upgrades, interior, etc. Looks to have IMCO drives. Ken nailed it - this exact boat 100-150 in this market. New was probably 400k in 99/00 when Cig was pumpin' this model out. New 42X (new version of this boat) runs 7-800k.
Wonder what the original paint was on this Tiger. Looks like this 38 gun was the paint inspiration. I dig it!! https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...5470f12c29.jpg https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...115e815f6.jpeg https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...474bc4cca.jpeg |
