Torn ligaments are not a fun man. That sucks Ken, sorry to hear. You're better off breaking than ligaments
I recently got Tboned pretty hard , Work van totalled.
Look into BPC-157/TB500 peptides, month ago I was T boned and had a side air bag try to take my head off...neck brace, amgulance ride the whole thing.... they told me I`d be sore as hell and in Pain.. I was at the gym the next day, just stiff.
Them peptides work better than anything I`ve ever tried.

damn Ken, sorry to hear that! Hope you’re feeling better soon and glad it wasn’t worse. Known a few people falling off ladders end up with. Brain bleed or worse!
