Earliest Surviving Original Cigarette 28SS
I believe I have the 17th Cigarette 28 hull ever built. Produced in March '73, it still has its original power. HIN is CRT-28-019-03-73. As the HIN's don't distinguish between the opens and the SS's, I don't know what number SS it is. Does anyone have an earlier SS?

I had 28 SS deck with no deck hatches built as a race boat its sill out there somewhere. Saw it for sale in Florida a couple of years ago. I rerigged it in the 90s with Bravos and raced it in PROPA in the 90s. One of my favorite boats !

keep in mind I don’t think the hin system started until 1972. I think production started in 1970
