Dreamer, I unfortunatley drove from boston to jersey today after getting the bad news on seans boat. That boat is worth about 10k. It has the worst new paint i've ever seen(i was quoted new imron in 01), there are stress cracks everywhere. If you launched the boat out of the water i think both bolsters would launch out of the boat. The cabin needs complete restoration, and the teak sole floor looks like my 4 year old nephew cut it in. I question the engine work which was done. The only thing good on that boat are the drives and the trailer. Sorry if i sound a little pissed right now but i spent 10 hours in my damn truck to go see a boat i thought only needed minor restoration. I was under the impression from the broker that the paint was mint and ready for graphics. However, if you are looking for something around 10k which needs about 15 to 20k in updates then its not a bad deal. Sorry for the venting, but i just don't want anyone else to go down there under the same fale pretense i did.........

Not your fault dreamer, i had already made arrangements to see it before you posted it. Anyway, the search is over, i bought a boat!!! 95 sonic in excellent condition... I'll post more pics later once i take delivery. Again, thanks guys for all your help in my search..........

Good god I feel like going into a rant like too old did about deals right now. The guy lets me believe it's a done deal and waits two more days to say no. Damm wives anyway. Impulsive, sorry but congrats on the Sonic!
