One I almost bought 2 years ago before I ordered teh Pantera, I still kick myself for not buying it.

so what was the reason you went for the pantera, rather than the cafe racer. looks sweet from the pics you posted.

I was living in IA and I wanted something smaller to trailer, plus I didn't think anyone within 400 miles could work on the engines.

In the end it worked out, I moved to MO, Sent the Pantera to a good home in AK and bought a Top gun.

Now all is right in the world

how far below the bottom of the boat would you recomend the prop centerline of a ssm#3 be on a cafe.
measured directly below the drive?

here is a picture of my cafe with #3's. the cavitation plate is about 3" above the bottom of the hull with the drive nuetral. they are usually mounted 3" higher than a trs.
