some of the older Alpha twin setups were this way, I have seen this before on Formula's, kinda scary!!!!

I have never driven one, but have heard they are a handful, Merc eventually made a counter rotation Alpha.

I had a twinn Alpha boat...86 before counter-rotating
It was "interesting" around the docks....
