Default Lip-Ship...rookie question

Sorry folks but I gotta ask what might be the dumbest Cig question yet...

When a Cig owner states "Lip-Ship Edition" are they refering to a boat that came through the North Miami Performance shop or is this a Cig factory thing?

I'm a beak boater and knowledge is pretty limited on the Cig side of the fence

Thanks

Philly likes to use the silver backround on the Cig logo, however,I have seen beige used several times as well.Thank God he does not mess with the logo like some of these new painters do.

So, are the boats built and rigged at the factory, or rigged at Lip-Ship. Obviously Phil doesn't have a set of 38 TS molds laying around, so the glass work is done at the factory. Are the accessories (tabs, steering, etc) and engine installation done at Lip-Ship or Cigarette?

(Thanks for asking the question - I've always wanted to know but never asked! )
