I think some of these have just started popping up at National Marine.

I have noticed that a lot of Cigs are coming with much better paint jobs in the last 2 years. Some of the Gladiators that have sold lately look slammin'.

The one with the flag in the front is my new 42X. Dean does awesome work. My last two Cigs were painted at the factory. Very nice work also but Dean takes them to the next level. I cant say enough about his work. Once the dash, interior and all the other trim was added it looked unbelievable.

HP, I went with the Merc 1075s. I went for a sea trail with the American Muscle boat during the Miami show and I was totally impressed by that motor. Boat should be done in a week or two. I'll keep you posted.

HP, I've given up boating on Lake Michigan. Since we bought a condo in Florida that's where the boat will stay. I really have a hard time boating up north once we experience boating southeast Florida. A friend of mine just bought a Sonic off of National Marine so at least I'll have access to one when I cant get down south.

Donzi, I hate to make a prediction at this point. Neil at Cigarette assures me it will run incredibly well. I'm just excited they are EFI's and they idle as well or better then my Cig with 575's did. I just traded in a 04 38' with big Sterlings so you could imagine I'm tickled pink about the EFI. I'll let you know though once I have something definite. I too think the flags are a nice touch. LS JR. Sorry I didnt respond sooner I must have missed your post. I'm In Sunny Isles Beach on the intercoastal. The boat will be kept at Spinnaker. That's where I had my 38'. My brother and I just purchased a couple more condos in Aventura with dockage but I have a real problem leaving the boat outside. I see you are not to far from me. Are you bustin on me??? :D Actually I didnt trust myself to keep Ricks paint and my own nick free with no rubs rails to protect my mistakes....plus I had a boat load of critics on the ferry boat behind me...the pressure was just to much....... :drink: :drink: That and a strong outgoing tide and ten hours under my belt with a staggered setup....I figured I would take the easy way out......I know Rick appreciated it.... :D :bunny:
