Got my boat back, with new hardware
#1
Well, after missing a few weekends, the rig arrived yesterday.
It's "sporting" some new hardware now.
Went with the Sportmaster lowers this time around. I had standard XR's before. I changed from a 30 labbed 4 blade to a 28 to get a few more rpm. Looks like it found 1-2 more mph.
These new drives shift extremely smooth. It also throws a nice roost.

Have you found that it gets out of the hole as fast...or are you getting a little cavitation now that you went with the sportsmasters?? Are you turning in or out ??

I haven't had any cavitation issues yet. It used to cavitate coming up with the old setup. My props are turning out.

The pick by itself was before the Airbags.
