Factory Windshield Replacement.
Has anyone every replaced the Windscreen (3 pieces) on a 20' Cig.?
Mine is tinted, and is "crazed" or spidered from heat/age.
There are 3 pieces, 1 flat (8'' high or so maybe 3/8" thick), and the two sides with a 90 degree bend.
This little bugger is only useful for keeping bugs off the steering wheel any way, but thought it would look better replaced.
Got quoted $500 to replace the 3 pieces.
Is it just me, or does that seem a bit much?
Is this something I really don't want to tackle myself?
or if someone knows a better place, I would appreciate it.
