Hi Nick
Off the top of my head....3500 cruise 2 people, full load, gets me at about 48-49mph gps with box stock 24P bravos spinning out. I could prob have them tweeked to 25P and gain some cruise, maybe a couple of mph. Not sure what it would do to the TE but my motors dynoed at 510hp so its prob equivilent to an 500HP. I have some 3 blade Mirages that I would guess take me to 75 or so but loose the cruise. I havent messed with the fine tuning, toe in etc so there may be a little more there. Like I said..the ride is what I'm after. Hope this helps.

Joe.....your welcome to ride anytime...what about our cross FL river trip?

Gordo,
You would be surprized as far as the speed that can be gotten out of the Bullet. They sure are alot of fun when the water gets snotty!!

Gordo,
I agree with Craig. If you're limited to nothing more than 33', you should consider a Bullet. I know only 31' but rides like a much longer boat. Kevin from MWPB turned me on to them Was amazed at the ride and without using any tabs whatsoever. Any Cig won't be as fast as some others because of the weight, but you can't beat the ride. Good luck.

Glad you re-started this thread Nick. Lots of good stuff here.
Thanks for all the info gang.
H-Cig, I agree that lighter is not always faster in snotty waters, and I realize the Cig is the boat to have in any big water. Problem is, Lake of the Ozarks isn't really big water, just the usual slop n chop washing machine stuff. Besides, as a few might tell you, I don't mind loose, fast, and getting a little air now n then.
I've looked at a few other Cigs, but when I find something I like, it's way out of my $ range.
I know, I know...

Gordo, have you looked at that purple/yellow/ and checkered Bullet that has the custom flat deck, race bolsters and staggered inovation n/a 750hp motors. It was for sale at lakecumberland marine and is now for sale maybe at the Aqua Toy Store. They want somewhere in the high 60's I think. Sweet a** boat if you ask me. I spoke w/ Glen Martin about it, it's definately a one of a kind. You should check it out.
