H2 is based on a 3/4 ton chasis, your f-150 isn't. I wouldn't do it if it was my boat/truck.

Why push your luck?
Always get a truck that is MORE than adequate for the job. You don't want to be right at the upper limit of your capacity, it will only strain the vehicle. |

If you end up having an accident because you pushed the limit....it will end up costing you a lot more than you saved with the smaller truck more than likely.....my 02 cents...
