I've made the decision to path with my 1986 Sonic and move up to later more modern boat. My budget for my next boat Starts at 70k and tops out at about 85k. My questions are:
What Cigs would best fit into my range.
Is asking for a 35-38 foot 70+ mph boat with Bravos be expecting to much
Tomba

No, there are some boats out there that fit your criteria. You just have to look around, and expect that the asking price can ALWAYS be negotiated. Don't be impatient looking for the perfect one for you, they show up eventually.
You should look at some early 90's model Top Guns. Some have bravo's, some have TRS drives.
There are alternatives these days to TRS drives. Konrad being one. There are always TRS owners looking for spare TRS drives to have laying around, so selling them wouldn't be a problem to help fund the upgrade (which you don't necessarily need).
