The following are the one's I know of:
My blue sided, red/silver/blue stripes
Commanche3Six owned Red One
Two black one's (like brochure boat)
White with red/blue/silver, was in Virginia/Maryland area
White with blue/yellow stripes down in LA
Another red one that was for sale at Martin Marine
These are all of the one's I have come across over the years. All were '86 or '87. Steve Miklos' race boat had hatch, but he cut it off to try and reduce drag

Thanks for the info. So maybe a dozen built in the 2 years? Trying to track down an all white restored/upgraded- just had the logo on the sides with no graphics. Had 500+ cu.in. blown last I knew. Beautiful Boat. Lost the info/location/# so keeping an eye on ads. Someone told me there was 2 white ones in HotBoatMag classifieds in early 90's - all I have to go on so any info please pass on.
Anyone have the production numbers of cigarette models from back then?

how about the hull #'s from yours or any of them? I have been curious about the same details for the Squadron 12 27'ers. #14 was built in 1981, and #18 was the last one I've heard of and is an '83, with none built in 84 -- so I fiqure 18 is pretty close for those 3 years of production. You might be able to figure the same thing for the firefox's..........
Love that blue sided color combo - best of the era - will probably copy that for my all white squadron to give it a more classic look - can't handle my factory original colors below.

Found this today! An actual example of the Squadron XII 24'er. They do indeed exist. I have seen the original adds for them, but wasn't sure they were ever really built - they even used a picture of a 27 in the add for the 24!! I had heard rumors of one in Maryland, but figured they refered to a 27.
This one is sitting on Kent Islands Western shore - beautiful shape. Peeked under the cover and saw nice stock type white interior with red piping. 1980 XEX hull #'s. Has the hull detail line below the rub rail like the other Cig 24's, but is closer to the rub rail as if they chopped the sides of the hull down a couple inches. This detail is not on the 27's, but it does have the huge outside strakes that are found on the 27's which are not on any other 24's. It is a lower boat than the regular cig 24's and firefoxes. I thought it was another 27 until I got close to it. Owner was out on his "fishing" boat, so I could not get more info.............. Sorry, it is not for sale as far as I know.
