Haven't done much more - yet.
Too d**m cold.
I had a new lite weight cockpit cover made (red). I went down yesterday to check fit and see if boat was froze. Supprisingly it wasn't. . . . .

That IS a good idea. But the gauges are already in and I am not taking them out.
