Default Anyone mount an extreme marine platform on a Cafe?

I'm putting a extreme marine platform on my cafe. The problem is if I put it where I think it should go it covers the stern light. If I lower it so you can see the light it's very close to the exhaust. Just wondering if anyone has one on their Cigarette and where is it mounted on the transom. Thanks Scott

I had one on the Top Gun I just sold, and it did cover the light a little but the distance between the light and the step still allowed the transom to be lit.

I don't know if it was a extreme marine platform or not but GLH here on the board had a platform on his old Cafe. Might want to shoot him a PM.

His former Cafe below

Let me dig

What I have found is the lower the better. High platforms are a pain to get on from the water if they are high...

As mentioned above the transom is illuminated and that's hard to miss and you still have the mast light above the cabin door for rear illumination.
I have never had a problem.
