When you open your pic, open it with "Microsoft paint" Go to the top bar where it says "Image" go down where it says "Stretch & Scew" Plug in '50' in each box and it will shrink your pic by 50% (that's usually enough). Now go to "file" and "save target as..." Save it to your computer and pull from that image when you post the pic. By the way, You'll want to re-name it so you dont copy over the original pic.
