WOW! 350 is considered a ton? I guess tyhey must typically be run hard quite often.

Valve springs would just start to become an issue at 250 hours... but a head job? Maybe just a valve spring job? If proper maintenance was done on the engines, (and I would believe it had to be with a boat this clean) I'd consider 350 fairly low hours... that's only about 50 hours/ year. And they could not have been all WOT...
