Michael Reagan and Teammates Waving

(Original Caption) St. Louis: Michael Reagan (C) the president's oldest son and his teammates John Mann (L) and Mike Low (R), arrives in St. Louis after completing a 1,027-mile race up the Mississippi River setting a record time for the trip from New Orleans. Despite delays because of mechanical problems, Reagan made the run in 25 hours 11 minutes, breaking the old record of 26 hours and 50 minutes set in 1972 by William Tedford.

A great article collage put together by Swedish international boat racing legend Lars Strom; https://svera.se/blogg/offshore/pres...at-racing-yes/
