The photo looks like it was taken at Lake X. The boat in the water is a 35 foot Magnum that raced in the Bahamas races of the mid to late 60's. It never did do that well, too wide without enough power.
Where can it be found today?? Good question.

Not enough power........HUH..... i think with the proper fabrication i could fit two more flanking the 6.......lol

steeb, Beam is 12'3" .... Enforcer2, Aronow did race one also he had twin inboards w/ V-drives,and lowered deck. Wonder how it would run w/ 4-300h.p. Mercs on the transom!!!! HIGH LIFE

It would be cool. I almost bought one of the 35's with gas inboards and put a bracket on it!!! Why not right. I saw a 35 Bertram in Florida with a bracket and twin 250's........next project

Cool old pic.. I think it is Don in the pic.. I remember seeing that one somewhere else as well.. I think it's in one of the books I have.. I think it's in King of thunderboat row..
