I went to the "viewing". Took a limo and my most bodacious girlfirend. Invite said: "Cocktail reception, 7:30". I stopped at the bar and grabbed a couple of drinks, Guy says "That'll be $36". That pretty much set the tone of the evening. I didn't feel ripped off, but I'll bet A&E is furious. If you gave me a tape of Speedboats and Smugglers, and an undergraduate film school geek, I could make that movie in an hour. All the same guys (except me) same stories, same plot. There is no way in hell they turn that into an interesting movie.

There was one high point. The former frontman for the movie, Natacha Wenger was a show stopper in that black dress.

I agree, to bad I missed you there, we could have had some laughs. Same thing, I arrived about 7:45 $30.00 to park, uptairs to the dark roof terrace, went to the bar to order couple drinks for my wife and I, happen to see the bar tender pouring some rose champagne, looked good, so I asked if it was the head ache stuff or the good stuff, he assured me it was great, so I said give me two, after I received them, the bar tender asked if I wanted to start a tab, I said no, I am a guest of Silvio Sardi, Bartender said he is only providing beer, here is your tab. $77.00 for two glasses, not even glass, plastic. Good thing is that it did include 18% gratuity. Movie was as you said, Oh well, What a headache.
