Hey you classic Mirage lovers I finally uploaded this video I had up in the attic. It's two 36' Mirage one with quad 200 mercs and one with quad 2.4 EFI. My father had just finished them and was taking them out for a test. Video was pretty long so I had to split it into like 4 parts. Check them out on youtube. Let me know what you guys think!
PS. I have a few more I should be putting up. Don't know when though.

Great stuff. Our first 'real' powerboat was a 29' mirage. It was also one of the first they sold - i think the company was less than one year old when we got it. We went out for a test run, and were extremely impressed. Only thing i never liked was the extremely tacky 'white fluff' siding down belowdecks. But a solid boat. I remember watching a race for P, M, and S class boats in Great South Bay in the mid-70's. The 2nd place boat was a Mirage.
With Merc 280hp motors, we got almost 63mph from it. We should of got the Merc 330's, which would have given us about 70mph, but instead we got a 35' cigarette.
Always loved the Mirage though.
