Call Rich at Dolphin Brokerage in West Palm Beach, I do not believe a 28' cigarette will fit in a sea box. But they can ship it " Ro-Ro" is what it is called. The boat would need to be shipped to Jacksonville, Florida or Savanna, Georgia or Charleston, South Carolina. The boat & Trailer will be shipped
open with in the covered decks of the ship, this is why Rich
