Looking through the files
Race 1 - Apache 1st,Cinzano 4th
Race 2 - Cinzano 1st,Apache ret
Race 3 - Apache 2nd,Cinzano 4th
Total Points - Cinzano 738,Apache 700
How do you rate success from above?
Overall if I looked through the files I`m pretty sure I would find more CUV victories than Apache, but then again CUV boats attended more races, and the head to heads were almost non existant. You could compare CUV with Cigarettes but we all know the U.S. boat dominated the market with plastic fantastics, whereas the CUV boats were nigh on hand built .I have never seen weights for cigarettes or apaches, but if I did, I could soon tell you which was the lighter as have the CUV wts recorded.

Flying Fish, thanks for that. I started a thread over on SO about this as well and if you don't mind, I'm going to post the provided results there. Feel free to drop in on that discussion as well. I'd love to have more discussion on this subject (basically just me and MickeyFin at this point soking the CUV legend).
