"Franks Marine" Raced a 24' in Offshore "A" Class with a 468 and a Bravo1, I'd guess they had a 2" high X dim, That was one of the Best "A" Class boats in the country. I think it still races in Puarto Rico. One Bad MOFO thats for sure....

Correct. The boat was one of the best around for sure! Boat is in bad shape now, almost not worth fixing...very sad. Watch that boat in 1995 at Palm Beach. Smoking a field of tough boats. Bad A.

We ran a 26 Corsa 92 MPH with a N/A 510 ci, we could have went faster with more motor but the boat was at the end of it's speed limit. since these boats have no pad and are true V Hulls the limit of the hull comes at lower speeds. I think your 700+hp motor and Bravo drive will go 100mph, but in this boat high 80's-Low 90's is all you can get. You may have some throttle left. and you be buying a bravo every other month...

I see that you have a 24' Pantera. My first national Championship was in a 24 with 235 johnsons in 82. A boat called "macho" with Marshall Ives. The hulls are similar... so imagine your 24 pantera with the vertical CG raised up a foot. The problem w the Carerra/ Scorpion 24 is that they are top heavy, making them want to chine walk. As far as the 760 hp and a bravo .... good luck with that. I agree with Donzi... Boat is capable of 100+ but will the boat take it before you loose control.
