If you had a offshore boat in the 70's & 80's the Wolverine name was well known. Pete Smith from the Detroit area raced Magnums, Mirages [& was dealer for them], and later a Active cat. Back in the day you could not buy all the parts needed to race, so if had the means you custom made them. Pete owned Wolverine Bronze and made many performance boat parts, I have a set of his tabs on my 24' Cobra & my 29' Mirage. the Cobras were custom made with the name of the boat cast in them[SMIDGEN TOO] that was raced by Wally Harper sons. Pete made great marine parts from exhaust, water pickups and more, back in the day.

I know the (2) 27' magnums in our area both have Wolverine tabs. Nice heavy duty stuff.

^^^^^^I sent mine off to get sandblasted today, I noticed that one of them had a crack in the mounting section. It will not affect them, but I am thinking about the set you know of. PM'ed

Contact Dick Smith at Wolverine Bronze. He can probably cast you a new set using your old ones as patterns. You can reach Dick at (586)776-8180.
