On the TRS drive. the exhaust can be routed thru the prop or thru hull. The transom plate on all TRS drives has the exhaust piping to mate up to the outdrive. If you have a thru hull set up, then look at your inner transom plate and you will see 2 triangular block off plates on each side of the transom plate. These ports are where a exhaust pipe for thru prop exhaust attaches. Picture # 1 is for a boat that has thru hull exhaust (notice the block off plates circled). Picture # 2 is for a boat that has thru prop exhaust. The exhaust pipes hook up to the down pipes from the risers.
