Owned a 78 brand new delivered from the factory with same paint scheme. Sorry I ever sold it. The Bower Brothers built a great boat. It was better then the original 24 Excaliber that they copied. Gypsy Roamer

Schmiddy, If i could sell my original SUPER clean 90 21ft scarab, I would be in MO tomorrow. That sure is one damn good looking Martini!:evilb:

4FX 06-18-2010 09:08 PM

How much 4 the Scarab? is it a Scarab I? Details

Troy

bobo1 06-19-2010 10:34 PM

87 was the last of the 21ft scarabI, there wasn't a 88 21 made. The 21 excel came out in 89-92. best hull IMO 3,800lb dry weight, great riding boat. No 93s were built then they came out in 94-98 with the the 22ft. Mine is white and red with a 7.4 454 bravo drive w/nose cone. Running a 3 blade quicksilver running 5000rpms. Always maintained. Actually a nice little cabin inside. Just got the outdrive fully done w/ new bellows which really didn't need it. ALWAYS dry stored since new. Boat was an inland lake boat till i brought it to lake erie 7 yrs ago. Currently rack stored at Copper Kettle marina in lorain OH.. Looking @ 12k.

schmiddy 06-20-2010 11:47 PM

You don't need to sell the scarab to buy mine, owning 2 is so much fun! lol

Willing to sell w/o motor and or drive, I would love to put this motor in my cat

Fenderjack 06-21-2010 12:55 PM

It's a bad time to sell a boat .To sell you'd propably have to take a real beating. If you looked at boat prices in Fl and NJ it would make you sick. People are selling boats for next to nothing. It's a beautiful boat your just far and it's a real bad time to sell .Just my opinion.
