I remember that and recall the photos of the helo crash...adventuresome to say the least...

If yer not guilty..fly out of the flippin yard...just watch out for the barb wire huh? I'd like to know the history of the helo pilot...did he ever fly as a photo bird for races? etc....

I think the life sentence he was facing for smuggling and money laundering was a greater incentive to jet.

NO but he had stayed @ a Holiday Inn.

The pilot was paid by Kramer to take Helo lessons (also paid for by Kramer) and his very first flight on his own was from the training facility to the Prison Rec Yard. He tried really hard, but precision flying skills come in time, Just Not the 1st time
