I have a Garelick 4-step gull-wing diving ladder that mounts on the transom that works great on my Pantera 24'. It's removable and locks on the mounting block. It was kinda expensive but I didn't want something ugly hanging off the back of the boat. Doesn't get in the way of tabs either.

I have the 3 step, but mine is on an outboard bracket.

The reason I like mine is that it folds up (actually kind of collapes) and fits under the rear seat. I was wrong, It is a three step #19853 Garelick website.
I saw pictures of your boat at Sunny Isles. Wish I could do that sometime!
