the commings are gone off Kaama , thats going to be the tricky part any pictures please send or post.

Its yellow with purple flames at Lighthouse marina. Sitting right out front. Rick, their mechanic, says it was "flap jack" and has a whole book of history on the boat. Apparently he was mistaken or misled. Boat has a very strange cowling leading up to the cockpit. Looks home made. Wish I could post a pic. The thing I found strange was the hull has 2 steps. I didnt think that was common till the 80's.

The Cougar Cat Kamma was built in 1978/79, it was the first class 1 that I worked on when I joined Cougar back in 1978, below is a picture of the boat before it was shipped from the Cougar boat yard in Netley Abbey
Someware in the archive room we will still have the original build drawings for this boat

Wow, It Does look like an old wooden Cougar(Judging by the spray rails on the sides) If I had to guess I'd say it's the old Rampage/Surgin boat. it is one of two that I recall had the extended tunnel. the other (Fayva Shoes) went "down" in History that fatefull day.......
