Had one of them (canopy boat) stored at my shop for a few years. I think it was 04 until 08 or so. If I remember correctly there was a paperwork problem with it.
|
I received a email from the seller stating clean title , perhaps they got the paperwork straightened out .
|
When I was at the sellers place ,he had that Arasaki cat in his workshop ,it looks like that boat was made from several sections laminated together ,I could be wrong as I did not looked inside to see the laminate ,but on the outside there were visible seams from what I remember( could be in the mold ) the boat sounded like a concrete building though if you hammered on it with your fist.
I could not find any stress cracks or repairs ,it looked as a very solid boat to me . |
To make this boat complete I have two Aluminium Bandit engines for sale ,these are 675 Ci naturally aspirated 1100 hp Keith Black Oldsmobile DRCE engines ,dry sump ,they were out of a Hydratech cat from Kurts marine.
I can,t post pics here,if you want them send me a pm . |
I think there`s 3 Arasaki cat,
|
if that boat is the one from florida it has some major delamination problems in the nose and tunnel make sure you personally inspect it before you spend money we gave the boat away to a salvage yard here in ft lauderdale and kept the trailer

thats a pretty narrow beam for a 46 ft cat..
|
Wasn't it a red Arasaki boat that was envolved in the accident with Tom Genty and The Gentry Eagle at the Key West Worlds around 1995?
