I am blown away how much work you are puting in this boat I hope you don't get boat burn out on it. I have had projects I got burnt out on and after a while I had to get away from it . Great job I admire you for all the tenasty you are puting into this project. Great job and keep it up!

I just looked at the rigging and had to chime in on this. Your dead on! I does look like it needs some cross bracing.

The rack isn't actually being used. The boat is actually on the ground, I actually think the boat is holding up the rigging. I used it to take the boat off it's trailer and on to it's "cradle". When actually being used it has many more braces.

In my Challenger we scraped out the old core and layed a bunch of mat up in there, unless its the whole deck i wouldnt worry replacing the core as much as getting rid of it so it doesnt spread
