If I'm not mistaken, that's the same trailer that had a 27' magnum upon it..............Parnell (sweet cheeks) rescued the mag & brought her back to Mich. before the dumpster got her..............I agree, way to small for the Rabeco. The trailer was left behind. It's a '73 or '74 and needs alot of work.

Pete,

Is that my old Target Trailer from under Plum Crazy?
if it is, its a 1977 Target set up for a 27 Magnum Sport.
It had two Target tool boxes up front that were removed also.
The Rabco must be hangng over the drive guard area in the rear of the trailer

Thank you
Jim

Now that Lil red confirms it had a Magnum on it, I'm almost certain it's your old Target trailer...... Parnell brought along his own trailer to take Plum Crazy home. I asked the owner of the marina if the Target trailer was now for sale he said, it was promised to a friend........apparently, 88scarab received it and put it up for sale..........I saw it listed later and inquired, he wanted some crazy price for it.........I could have bought a new one for what he asked.........Now, it's under the RABECO!

Kurt, that would be perfect for you. Give the Pearl somebody to run with.

Pete -Lil Red.

Am sure it was my old Target trailer then, it was white when I got it. with two tool boxes and spares and spare mounts up front with electric brakes. and a drive guard that I was able to openc the rear cross bar like a swing gate.
If, i remember correctly , and that was a long long time ago, it cost me from Target under $3K(like $2700.00 or less) with all the opitions
I picked it up during the 1977 Miami boat show week and I hauled back the Marine Drive Systems (Stern Power) single diesel powered, I think it was a Monza.
Roger Munn connected me with them
The Rabco should over hang by about 6-8 feet past the end of bunks

Thank you
Jim

That sure looks like the one sitting under Plum Crazy As I recall it was a mechanic at the marina that had a few old race boats and the owner gave it, sold it to him

Needed lots of work just like the boat sitting on it Then and now

How are you doing, its been a while. The trailer was in good condiction when I sold it back in 82. it sat inside a garage pretty much from 1977 to 1982 when I sold Plum Crazy. its way to small for that 35 Rabco.

Keep in touch and updated on the Plum Crazy Sport,
did you sell the othe Sport hull that you rescued?

Thank you

I just spoke with the EX Owner of the Rabco, he said he sold it to some guy from Pennsylvania but he only wanted the trailer. Does anybody know who or where is the Boat, Im interested in it.
Any help in locating it would be greatly appreciated.
